1. GENERAL
We are committed to offering the highest standards of products and services. Thus, we value each of our existing or prospective client and aim at maintaining the best customer service. The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with Valma hereinafter referred to as “Valma,” “us ” or “we”), at the Valma website, mobile website, via telephone (jointly referred to as “Valma Stores”) and in personal sales at events. Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before placing any orders to avoid any misunderstandings and/or unintended consequences.
You must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship to shop on Valma Stores. By using Valma Stores and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the “Terms & Conditions”).
2. PRICES AND PAYMENT
The Valma Stores offers products on stock. The inclusion of these products does not imply that they will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. If a product becomes sold out, Valma Stores has the right to cancel an order and refund any amount paid in the way that Valma deems best. Valma Stores will also notify you of equivalent replacement products should they be available.
The prices displayed on Valma Stores include the statutory Value Added Tax (VAT) but do not include a delivery charge. If the VAT rate applicable on the date of the order is changed after the order has been made, the change will be reflected in the price of items without you being notified. The charge for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process.
Shipping rates will be calculated automatically during checkout. Rates may vary depending on the destination of choice and the size of the package. Valma offers free delivery to addresses in the United States and European Union Member states on all online orders over CHF 900 and worldwide free shipping on orders over CHF 1.500. All prices in countries outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein exclude import duties, fees, and local taxes. Orders could be subject to import duties, fees, and local taxes levied by the destination country and could be charged. Once the parcel reaches its destination address, you will need to pay these charges. As customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country, Valma cannot estimate the cost of these duties. Please contact your local customs office before you order, so you can avoid unexpected charges.
You may pay for your products with a credit or debit card and via Paypal. When paying with a credit or debit card, you will be required to enter your payment details at the time that you place your order. The applicable amount will be immediately reserved on your card but will not be debited until the goods have been dispatched. Valma reserves the right to check the authenticity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the order value, and the accuracy of the billing address. We may refuse orders based on the result of these checks.
When paying via PayPal, Valma reserves the right to check the authenticity of the PayPal account, to verify that there are enough funds to cover the purchase amount, and to validate the billing address details of the purchaser. Valma reserves the right to deny any purchase. Your PayPal account will only be debited after your order has been dispatched from the warehouse. The currency used is CHF (Swiss franc/CHF) for all countries. VAT is included in all our prices.
3. ORDERING AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
You may order via Valma Stores. Valma offers worldwide delivery, but we reserve the right to discontinue order and delivery to specific countries at any time. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for this order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. Sometimes alternative arrangements may be necessary, in which case our Customer Service representatives will contact you to settle the refund.
4. DELIVERY
Valma will take the greatest of care to be as accurate as possible when receiving and dispatching orders. Please note that we only ship to home or office addresses and not to Post Office (PO) box addresses. We only accept one shipping address per order placed. Should you require assistance please email us at support@valma.li and we will help guide you on placing your order.
Valma will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. Your order will be shipped once payment has been approved and the delivery and billing address have been verified. Orders that have been shipped within Switzerland and European Union Member States usually take three to five business days to be received. International orders outside the European Union will require more time. Due to customs procedures delivery times may vary for each country. Occasional delays may occur during peak periods or in the case of unexpected events. We expect all orders to be received at the very latest within a thirty-day window from placing the order. In the unlikely event that your delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.
Shipping fees will be displayed at the checkout. If you have provided us with your email address, you will receive a confirmation with your expected delivery details. If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact us at support@valma.li
5. WITHDRAWAL OF ORDER, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
We hope that you will love everything that you order from us as much as we do. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your order, you have the right to cancel or return your purchases within a period of 14 calendar days after the date of delivery of the goods. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees and any other applicable duties and/or fees.
After your return has been processed and approved by us, we will provide a refund. We will attempt to use the same method that you used to make the payment We will process returns as soon as possible and within a 14-day window once the returned items have been received by us. Another payment method may be used for the refund, provided that you consent to any such change. Credit card refunds can take up to 30 working days to process depending on your bank's processing time. The refund on your PayPal statement should show after 3-5 working days. We will refund your purchase in CHF (Swiss francs). Please note that depending on your bank’s currency conversion rate, a difference from the original charged sum may occur when your bank refunds your account. Please note that such circumstances remain outside of our control.
If you return your order, your refund will not include the Valma standard cost of delivery. Please note that if any other cost occurred through shipment (e.g. import and export duties, 3rd party carrier handling cost), these will not be refunded.
All goods must be returned to us undamaged and complete. The provisions outlined herein do not limit any applicable statutory rights. Please return items undamaged and unused, with all Valma labels and tags intact. We cannot accept returned items that have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn.
Valma guarantees either a full refund or equal replacement with your consent. Please note that the financial responsibility for the return remains with you until the item reaches us. You are liable for damage to the goods until we receive them at our warehouse. We recommend that you maintain the collection point receipt as your proof of postage. All items returned should include a note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund. We make every effort to inspect all items before they are shipped. In the rare circumstance that you receive a defected item, Valma will make a full refund to you as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, provided we have received the items.
6. OUR LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability with regard to any matter for which it would be unlawful for us to limit or exclude our liability.
Valma is not responsible for indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity; or for failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of our other obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident, and terrorist activity. Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on the Valma website shall be limited to the total price of your order.
7. GUARANTEE
If there are defects or flaws in the items that you have purchased, we abide by all statutory guarantee regulations. Should you identify any defects in any goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please return the goods to us without delay.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and composition of our products that appear on Valma Stores. Computer displays may not accurately reflect the true color and composition of products.
All intellectual property rights, such as copyrights on the Valma website(s) and Valma Stores remain with Valma. Any use of the Valma website or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Valma.

Changes made in these conditions only take effect after they have been published in an appropriate manner, with the understanding that when applicable changes are made during the course of an offer, the provision that is most favorable to the consumer shall prevail. The version of the Terms & Conditions that will apply to your order will be those on Valma Stores at the time you place your order. In the event there is a conflict between this English version of the Terms & Conditions and another translated version, the German version shall prevail.
